NO NUTS PEA BUTTER POPCORN
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup unpopped corn
- 3/4 Cup corn syrup
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar- packed
- 3/4 Cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
- 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Pop corn in a hot air popper, into a very large bowl.
- Stir corn syrup and brown sugar together in a medium suacepan, over medium heat, until boiling and sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat. Stir in NoNuts Golden Peabutter and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Pour over popcorn and stir until all covered. Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
